TERMS OF DELIVERY
  • LA MAISON MOREAU offers several delivery methods: standard/express for France, classic/express for the following European Union member countries:    Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, "United Kingdom" and express for the following International countries : Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United states.
  • Shipping types and delivery rates
  • FRANCE
  • STANDARD: Delivery times are between 2 and 5 days for the standard mode (Monday to Saturday, except Sunday and public holidays).
  • EUROPE 
  • STANDARD: Delivery times are between 3 and 7 days for the standard mode. 
  • EXPRESS: Delivery times are 24 to 48 hours for express mode (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). 
  • Delivery rates: They are calculated automatically when you place your order depending on the delivery method and the country you choose. You can view this amount in your shopping cart.
  • For orders outside of France, when the exported package reaches its destination, the recipient must pay the taxes or customs duty that apply to the location of destination. Local authorities can provide this information.
  • INTERNATIONAL 
  • EXPRESS  : Delivery times are between 3 to 8 days (Monday to Saturday morning, except Sunday and public holidays).
  • Delivery rates: They are calculated automatically when you place your order depending on the delivery method and the country you choose. You can view this amount in your shopping cart.
  • For orders outside of France, when the exported package reaches its destination, the recipient must pay the taxes or customs duty that apply to the location of destination. Local authorities can provide this information.

  • FRANCE
  • EXPRESS: Express delivery are made by Chronopost France: (delivered on the D day for any order placed before 14h00).
  • STANDARD : Fast delivery Colissimo France and Chronopost.
  • RELAYS COLIS: Delivery at a relay point in France.
  • EUROPE
  • STANDARD: Delivery Colissimo International. Variable rate (the price varies according to the chosen delivery country) and Chronopost Europe.
  • Delivery area
  • The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered on the TERRITORY as well as in "EUROPE" only in the following countries, members of the European Union: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, "United Kingdom".

  • INTERNATIONAL
  • EXPRESS: Express delivery are made by Chronopost  International and Chronopost partners DHL/ FEDEX, ...
  • The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered on the TERRITORY as well as in "EUROPE" only in the following countries : Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, United states.
  • It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address outside this TERRITORY. 
  • PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address(es) indicated by the CLIENT during the ordering process.
  • Shipping time
  • The deadlines for preparing an order and then issuing the invoice, before shipping the PRODUCTS in stock are mentioned on the SITE. These deadlines are exclusive of weekends or public holidays.
  • An electronic message will automatically be sent to the CLIENT when the PRODUCTS are dispatched, provided that the electronic address given in the registration form is correct.
  • Delivery times & Costs
  • During the ordering process, the SELLER indicates to the CLIENT the possible delivery times and shipping formulas for the PRODUCTS purchased.
  • Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be due by the CLIENT in addition to the price of the PRODUCTS purchased. 
  • Items shipped outside of France may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by La Maison Moreau.

  • Terms of Delivery
  • The package will be delivered to the CLIENT against signature.
  • In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left to the CLIENT, in order to allow him to pick up his package in his post office.
  • Delivery problems
  • The CLIENT is informed of the delivery date set at the time he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order.
  • It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. Failing this, the CLIENT must give notice to the SELLER to deliver within a reasonable time and in the event of non-delivery within this time, he may terminate the contract.
  • The SELLER shall refund, without undue delay from the receipt of the termination letter, to the CLIENT the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery charges, by the same method of payment as that used by the CLIENT to purchase the PRODUCTS.
  • The SELLER is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CLIENT. It is recalled that the CLIENT has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted at the time of delivery.
  • Shipments and returns
  • Shipping your package
  • Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off with signature. They are shipped via COLISSIMO LA POSTE with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via CHRONOPOST and delivered against signature. 
  • Shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them
