LA MAISON MOREAU informs the user that MOREAU PARIS products are sold exclusively in MOREAU PARIS shops and approved distributors, worldwide and on the e-commerce section of the Site accessible from certain countries only, the list of which is available on the Site.

Any purchase outside these points of sale will be made at the buyer's risk, in particular as regards the authenticity of said products.

Access to the Site and the use of its content are subject to the terms of use described below (the "Terms of Use"). By accessing and browsing the Site, the user accepts without reservation all the following provisions.

The user of the Site is informed that LA MAISON MOREAU may be required to modify its Terms of Use of the Site. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Use of the Site during or after the effective date of the changes and/or updates will constitute acceptance by the user of such changes. 

The Site and all of its content and other components, including, in particular, the MOREAU PARIS logo, domain names, and all designs, texts, illustrations, images, information, data, software, sound materials, other files and their selection and arrangement (together the "Site Contents") are the exclusive property of LA MAISON MOREAU, solely entitled to use and exploit the intellectual property and personality rights attached to this Site, in particular trademarks, designs, copyrights and image rights, whether as original holder or by express authorisation, patent and any other intellectual property rights. 

 

The user of the Site has a limited and non-transferable right to access and use the Site and the Site Content, solely for personal and informative purposes. Such right of access is governed by the Terms of Use and does not include:  (a) the resale or commercial use of the Site or Site Content; (b) the collection and use of listings, images or product descriptions; (c) the distribution, performance or public presentation of the Site Content; (d) the modification or derivative use of the Site and Site Content or any part thereof; (e) the use of data mining, the use of software/algorithms or other similar methods of data collection or mining; (f) the downloading (other than caching) of any part of the Site, the Site Content or any information contained therein, except as expressly permitted on the Site; or (g) the use of the Site or the Site Content for purposes other than those for which they are intended.

In the absence of authorisation from LA MAISON MOREAU, any use of the Site or the Site Content other than those specifically authorised in these Terms of Use and other than for personal and private use for non-commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and automatically and without notice terminates the user's right of access.  Such unauthorised use may also constitute a violation of the law, including copyright and trademark laws.  Except as expressly stated, nothing in these Terms of Use shall be construed as granting, in any manner whatsoever, including by implication, title or ownership or exclusive rights of use on any intellectual property or other rights associated therewith.

LA MAISON MOREAU may, at its sole discretion and without notice, terminate the user's right of access to the Site for a specified reason, including (i) at the request of a law enforcement agency or other public body, (ii) at the user's request (deletion of the MOREAU PARIS My Account on request), (iii) in the event of an interruption or significant modification of the Site or a service offered on or via the Site, or (iv) in the event of a maintenance, security or other technical problems.

In the event of legal proceedings initiated by LA MAISON MOREAU against the user following an infringement of these Terms of Use, all costs, fees, legal fees, compensation thus incurred, etc. shall be borne exclusively by the user who undertakes to do pay them.

LA MAISON MOREAU undertakes to ensure to the best of its ability the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated on the Site, the contents of which it reserves the right to correct, at any time and without notice.

Under the conditions and limits provided for by law, LA MAISON MOREAU is not liable:

-    for any inaccuracy, errors, omissions or for any damage resulting from an intrusion by a third party leading to a modification of the information made available on the Site;

-    in the event of damage caused by unauthorised access by a third party to the Site or making it impossible to access it..

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, said provision will be disregarded, without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
